How to grow it
Sow 1 in. deep after soil is 60°F. Do not soak seed. Pick every other day when pods are pencil-thick and seeds are still small. Provider and Blue Lake bush are reliable. Mexican bean beetle shows up in midsummer—hand-pick or cover a late sowing.
