How to grow it
Chit seed potatoes, cut to 1–2 eyes, and plant 4 in. deep. Hill when plants are 6–8 in. tall. Stop watering when tops yellow. Harvest on a dry day and cure in the dark. Never eat green tubers. Rotate off last year’s tomato family bed.
